Murphy Goldens

People always ask how we got into breeding Golden Retrievers, and honestly, it started pretty naturally because we completely fell in love with the breed. We have our own children so being a family friendly breed was our top priority and Goldens completely fit the bill! Goldens have always been such a special part of our family. Their temperament, loyalty, goofy personalities, and just how incredibly loving they are made us want to share that experience with other families. What started as simply loving our own dogs slowly turned into wanting to thoughtfully raise puppies that would grow up to be amazing companions. For us, this has never been about raising a lot of litters—it’s about raising healthy, well-socialized puppies in a home environment where they are genuinely loved from day one. Our dogs are family first, and our puppies are raised right in our home surrounded by everyday life, kids, sounds, cuddles, and lots of attention. One of the best parts of this journey has been staying connected with families over the years and getting updates as our puppies grow up into beloved family members. There’s something really special about helping connect people with a dog that becomes part of their story.
