💖🐶💖🐶💖 Fully AKC both Yellow Labs parents. The litter is expected on March 10, 2026. Our dogs live in Calhan on 160 acres of land. They enjoy their country life to its fullest. Puppies will get vet exam, first round of shots and deworming. They also will be trained to sleep overnight 9 pm- 6 am. Potty training will be started. A puppy can be reserved after $250 nonrefundable deposit is paid. A buyer will get the paperwork that includes: AKC welcome home package Copy of a pedigree Registration application Vet report Health records Written buyer/seller contract Purchase receipt Pick up only. Local delivery is also available for an extra fee, depending on the distance, only after the full payment for a puppy is made and also a delivery fee. Limited breeding rights. Full breeding rights is $250 additional.
