****Riri is now available. She was adopted prior and I held her until she was fully housetrained and crate trained for a lady who had gotten her first two from me, but when she was suppose to get her she had a change of job and living arrangements and can longer take her so her lose is your gain.***** Standard Poodles have a goofy streak and love to play. They form strong bonds with their family and are very eager to please. Because of this they are highly trainable and love to learn. They are good dogs for novice owners and adapt well to apartment living. They are affectionate with their family, kid and dog friendly, and friendly towards strangers. They are considered hypoallergenic and do not shed like a normal dogs do. Riri is one of the most lovable, outgoing, silly big baby. I promise you will lover her just as much as we do. I included a picture of her when she was a pup so you can see her coloring when she is not groomed. Her mom is black in color and weighs around 50-55lbs and her dad is a light caramel latte color and around 70lbs. She is being raised indoor around children, other dogs, and cats on our farm. All puppy shots and dewormings are done until her yearly shots. She does great in the bath as well. She will come with a puppy informational packet, written health guarantees, harness, leash, toy and shot and worming up to date with written records. Full Akc registration for and additional $150. She is ready for her new home now. We will not hold without a deposit. We do not accept checks of any kind. We accept cash or Venmo. Deposits are nonrefundable unless something happens to her while in my care then you would receive the deposit back or transfer it to another puppy if one is still available. So please make 100% sure you want her before placing a deposit on her. Text me if you would like to see a video of her or have any questions about her at 816-529-2783. About Poodle - Standard Puppies
About Poodle - Standard Puppies
Are Standard Poodles a good breed to own?
France has been officially recognized as the Poodle’s country of origin, but the Poodle’s earlier ancestors came from central Asia. The German variety has probably influenced the modern breed most (‘Poodle’ is German for ‘splash’ or ‘puddle’). In 18th and 19th century Europe, the Poodle served a wide variety of purposes, including duck hunting, guiding, and later circus performing, from whence the modern grooming style likely arose. The Poodle became a popular pet for the French aristocracy, and in time was officially adopted as the national dog. Poodles were imported to America in the 20th century. They slowly rose in popularity and eventually became the country’s most popular dog. Famous Poodles include author John Steinbeck’s dog Charley, subject of the book ‘Travels with Charley: In Search of America’, and Weird Al’s Poodle Bela, who…uhm… sat on his head for the album cover of ‘Poodle Hat.’ Full-grown, they typically weigh 12-55 pounds and stand 10-15 inches tall.
