He was born in November 2025 and is a mix of Shih Tzu and Chihuahua. Weighs approximately 2-3 lbs currently but is not expected to grow any more than 7-9 lbs. Billy has short fur with black and white markings. Billy is a very friendly and playful puppy who will make a wonderful family dog. Billy takes to a routine very well and is very well-behaved. He loves to play with toys and makes a wonderful loving companion. He loves people/other pets (the same size and temperament). Requires vaccines and is not neutered - he is dewormed.
