Our Meetup & Delivery Policy Off-Site Meetings: To protect an immune-compromised family member, we do not host meetups at our private residence. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain a safe home environment. Home Delivery & Suitability: We prefer to bring your puppy directly to your home—the environment where they will be living. This allows us to ensure the puppy is a good fit for your space and helps them begin their transition with a familiar face present. Flexible Scheduling: We understand that timing is everything when bringing home a new family member. If a "ready date" falls at an inconvenient time (such as during the height of the holidays), we are happy to hold your puppy for a short period at no extra charge to ensure you are fully prepared for their arrival.
