His mom is a cavapoo (50% poodle 50% Cavalier) and his dad is a mini poodle both around 20lbs. Chase will be all up to date on shots and dewormings and will be vet checked before leaving for his forever home. He comes with a Vet Health Certificate, Vaccine records and a 1yr genetic health guarantee.
