Hot Cocoa is our beautiful black and tan frenchie with a bubbly personality. He loves to run around and play with anyone , she’s cuddly and will talk your ear off, typical girl lol! Cocoa was born on October 4, 2025. She had her 1st vet check up at 8 weeks which included her 1st set of puppy boosters and deworming. Since then she’s received her 2nd , 3rd and 4th booster. Cocoa is puppy pad trained, but we have been working on potty training outdoors :) We have also been working on desensitization since she was born. She’s been exposed to other household dogs, cats, children , carpet hard floor , loud noises and car rides just to name a few. Our puppies also come with a 1 year health guarantee a puppy starter kit, pre-paid AKC registration, birth certificate. In person visits are welcome must complete puppy questionnaire first.
