Beautiful traditional CKC registered female Yorkshire Terrier with classic black & tan coloring expected to turn blue & gold as she matures. She has a soft silky coat, short ears, and a compact build with excellent Yorkie structure. Raised in our home with daily handling, she is well-socialized, loving, and very people-oriented. She comes from DNA-tested parents and is part of our program focused on health, temperament, and correct breed type. Expected to stay in the standard Yorkie size range, making her a perfect companion or addition to a small, responsible breeding program. Because of this, we have specific policies regarding pickup and delivery to ensure every puppy transitions safely to their new home. Pickup Policy: We do offer scheduled pickup by appointment only. For the health and safety of our puppies, we do not allow walk-in visits or unscheduled drop-ins. Puppies are raised in a clean, controlled environment, and limiting traffic helps protect them from illness and stress. When your puppy is ready to go home, we will schedule a pickup time and provide clear instructions prior to arrival. Local Delivery: We offer local delivery within a reasonable distance for an additional fee. Delivery fees vary based on mileage and time required. Local delivery allows your puppy to travel safely while reducing stress on young puppies that may not be ready for long trips. Meeting Locations: In some cases, we may arrange to meet at a safe public location or veterinary office for pickup or delivery. This helps maintain a secure and low-stress environment for the puppies while still providing convenience for new owners. Health & Safety First: Our policies are in place to protect our breeding program and our puppies from exposure to illness such as parvo and other contagious diseases.
