Meet Danny. He is the son of my Red Merle Toy Aussie stud, Marley (15 lbs), and my Black/Silver Toy Poodle, Lacey (20 lbs). He currently weighs around 25 lbs and will likely mature at about 30 lbs.
Danny has a wonderful, sweet temperament and an engaging, endearing personality. He’s past the tiny‑puppy chaos and has grown into a well‑mannered young gentleman — affectionate, expressive, and eager to be with his people. Good about whining/barking to go outside, happiest outdoors in good weather, a snow lover, great in the car, a snuggler on the couch or bed, eager for belly rubs, learning commands (he sits for treats) and crate trained.
His eyes are striking blue/green and change intensity depending on the lighting—always bright and expressive.
I groom him about every 6-8 weeks, and he behaves very well. He has a wonderful reddish/brown wavy coat that doesn't shed. I keep his face clean shaven because he has such a beautiful, expressive face, I didn't want it hidden by a scruffy beard. Obviously, you can groom him however you desire. He is up to date on healthcare and is still intact.
Danny is not a toy-sized lap dog. He’s a small, athletic, intelligent Aussiedoodle who wants to do things. He is not a destructive dog, though if he finds a paper on the floor, he will shred it. (The dog ate my homework scenario, LOL) He doesn't destroy toys, trying to "kill" the squeaker. But he will "sneak" them outside to play with them. Loves cow hooves to naw on.
He will thrive with an active single person, an active couple, or a family who enjoys walks, outdoor time, and including their dog in daily life. He’s the kind of dog who wants to participate, explore, and be part of whatever you’re doing. I can personally deliver him up to 800 miles.

About Miniature Aussiedoodle Puppies
About Miniature Aussiedoodle Puppies
Are Miniature Aussiedoodles a good breed to own?
A Miniature Aussiedoodle is a small hybrid dog breed that is a cross between a Miniature Australian Shepherd and a Miniature Poodle. These dogs are known for their friendly and social personalities, and they make excellent family pets. Full-grown, they typically weigh 15-24 pounds and stand 12-18 inches tall.
How do Miniature Aussiedoodles behave around young children?
Miniature Aussiedoodles are generally good with kids, especially when raised together. Due to their high energy levels, Miniature Aussiedoodles may not be the best fit for people who live in small apartments or do not have access to a yard. They're moderate barkers — they'll alert you when something's up but aren't excessive.
Are Miniature Aussiedoodles couch potatoes or do they need a lot of exercise?
Miniature Aussiedoodles are energetic and intelligent dogs that require regular exercise and mental stimulation. These dogs are social and friendly, making them a great choice for families with children or other pets. They enjoy being around people and are known for their affectionate nature. Overall, their exercise needs are moderate.
How often should I brush a Miniature Aussiedoodle?
The coat of a Miniature Aussiedoodle is typically soft and curly, with varying degrees of wave and curl depending on the dog's genetics. The coat can be a range of colors, including black, white, cream, brown, and gray. One of the benefits of the Miniature Aussiedoodle's coat is that it is typically low-shedding, making them a great choice for people with allergies or who prefer a cleaner home environment. Grooming-wise, this breed is moderate.
What kind of home is best for a Miniature Aussiedoodle?
Miniature Aussiedoodles are best suited for apartments and smaller homes. Due to their high energy levels, Miniature Aussiedoodles may not be the best fit for people who live in small apartments or do not have access to a yard. They thrive in an active lifestyle, so they do well with families who can provide plenty of opportunities for playtime and outdoor activities. They are fairly easy to train.

Visit or Video Call the Breeder
Visit in person if possible, or request a live video call to meet the puppy, see its living conditions, and meet the mom. Ask to see where the dogs eat, sleep, and play.
Get a Vet Exam Immediately
Have a vet examine the puppy within two days of bringing it home, even if it seems healthy.
Request Complete Health Records
Ask for vaccination records, deworming history, and vet exam results. For purebreds, ask for parent health clearances.
Get Everything in Writing
Written contract with health guarantees, return/refund policy, and spay/neuter terms. Verbal promises are unenforceable.

Verify Breeder Credentials
Check USDA license, state breeder license, breed club memberships, and reviews. Ask for buyer references.

A trustworthy breeder welcomes visits, specializes in one or two breeds, prices fairly, and gives you time to decide without pressure.
