I'm pleased to announce the arrival of Darla and PePe's litter of Shorkie puppies that were born on Wednesday February 18, 2023. I'm taking non refundable deposits on these babies. The deposit is $200 and goes towards the purchase price. The deposit will reserve your choice of puppy's until they're ready to go on Wednesday April 15, 2023 at 8 weeks old. Darla is an AKC registered Salt and Pepper Min Schnauzer colored girl that stands 14 inches at the shoulders and weighs 15 pounds. Darla's a very affectionate and outgoing girl that absolutely loves everyone. She doesn't have a hyper bone in little body, she's very gentle, loves to cuddle and is laid back. PePe is a light tan colored YorkiePoo that stands at 8" at the shoulders and weighs 4 pounds. PePe's very outgoing and affectionate. I expect these babies to have the same type personality as their parents and about the same average size between the two of them, 7-10 pounds. These babies will have had their dew claws removed and their tails docked like a Min Poodle. These puppies come with my 1 year Health Guarantee, their Health Records, micro chipped, current puppy vaccinations (at 6 weeks and 8 weeks) and current dewormings starting at 2 weeks old. They also come with a Puppy Starter Kit (containing a new collar with their microchip tag attached, a baggy of their food and a new toy) and a Lifetime of Breeder Support. These puppies have had their dew claws removed and their tails docked to Poodle length. Just because you purchase one of my puppies doesn't mean that you can't contact me with questions about your puppy. I'm always here to help and look forward to hearing from my customers and receiving updates and pictures of them. Miniature Schnauzer
Frequently Asked Questions
About Miniature Schnauzer Puppies
What's it like owning a Miniature Schnauzer?
Miniature Schnauzers may look like lap dogs, but they’re more likely to chase animals around the yard or stand guard at the door than be lazy couch potatoes. These loyal dogs are bundles of energy that enjoy spending time with their owners, protecting the home, and being your #1 companion. Full-grown, they typically weigh 11-20 pounds and stand 12-14 inches tall.
Do Miniature Schnauzers do well in a busy household?
Miniature Schnauzers are generally excellent with children of all ages. Miniature Schnauzers are not the warmest dogs upon initial introduction, but once they get acquainted with you, they’re sweet and loving. Their wariness around strangers usually leads to lots of barking, especially when they’re around other dogs. They're very vocal and bark quite a lot.
What activities do Miniature Schnauzers enjoy most?
Miniature Schnauzers are athletic pups that can barely contain their energy. They need to be exercised multiple times a day to stay healthy and avoid getting into trouble. These dogs love to run, play in the yard, practice earth dog or tracking activities, and do anything that gets their heart pumping. Overall, their exercise needs are very high.
How much grooming does a Miniature Schnauzer need?
Miniature Schnauzers have typical terrier-style coats. A soft, thick undercoat keeps them warm and is topped by a wiry outer coat. Their notable features include long hair on their chin and face, which gives them expressive eyebrows and a beard. Grooming-wise, this breed is fairly high-maintenance. Miniature Schnauzers are considered hypoallergenic, which can be a plus for allergy sufferers.
Are Miniature Schnauzers a good fit for apartment living?
Miniature Schnauzers are best suited for apartments and smaller homes. They can live outdoors in moderate or warm areas but prefer to spend most of their time indoors with family. They are highly trainable and eager to learn.

Frequently Asked Questions
About Yorkshire Terrier Puppies
How would you describe a Yorkshire Terrier?
The little Yorkshire Terrier thinks they're Great Danes, and like most terriers, are bold, brave, and independent. They are very intelligent and  develop deep bonds with their owners. Full-grown, they typically weigh 4-7 pounds and stand 8-9 inches tall.
Do Yorkshire Terriers do well in a busy household?
Yorkshire Terriers are generally excellent with children of all ages. Because of their diminutive stature, Yorkies are well-suited to apartment life, but households with young children are not recommended unless carefully supervised. They're fairly vocal dogs that bark regularly.
How do I keep a Yorkshire Terrier physically active?
The Yorkshire Terrier can have most of their exercise needs met through indoor play, but they prefer a daily walk or romp in a fenced-in yard. They don't need much exercise, so don't wear your Yorkie out too much, but they will need to play with their families throughout the day. Overall, their exercise needs are high.
Do Yorkshire Terriers shed a lot?
Yorkies' coats can be a bit high maintenance, especially for those with the long, silky coat. Long coats require professional maintenance, including adding oil and wrapping the coats in rice or tissue paper, along with weekly washings. The Yorkshire Terrier has no undercoat, and they do shed a small amount. Grooming-wise, this breed is high-maintenance. Yorkshire Terriers are considered hypoallergenic, which can be a plus for allergy sufferers.
Can a Yorkshire Terrier live in an apartment?
Yorkshire Terriers are best suited for apartments and smaller homes. Because of their diminutive stature, Yorkies are well-suited to apartment life, but households with young children are not recommended unless carefully supervised. They are fairly easy to train.
