We are individual owners (not a breeder) looking to privately rehome our adorable purebred female Golden Retriever, Ellie, born January 1st. She is a sweet, incredibly affectionate girl who loves meeting new people and does wonderful with other dogs she meets on walks or in stores.
Due to our demanding work schedules and our resident pets/young family dynamic, we have made the difficult decision to find her a home where she can get the time, space, and active engagement she deserves.
Ideal Home Environment:
Active Lifestyle: Ellie is a high-energy puppy. She will thrive with a family that has a fenced yard or someone who can provide frequent, structured walks.
No Small Children: Ellie is very playful and tends to jump or grab at feet to initiate play. Because of this, she is best suited for a home with older children or adults only.
Cat-Free (or Experienced Home): While she has zero aggression toward cats, she will chase them if they run because she wants to play. A home without cats or with very dog-savvy pets is highly recommended.
Ellie's Training & Health Status:
Housebreaking: She is a young pup still actively working on her consistent indoor routine.
Pen/Crate Trained: She is fully trained to stay calmly in her oversized enclosure while we work and sleep.
Health: She is completely up-to-date on all core vaccinations and is already microchipped.
What is Included in Her Rehoming Fee ($750):
To ensure Ellie has a seamless transition, her fee is a complete package deal that includes over $300 worth of premium gear and paperwork:
Her official, unregistered purebred AKC registration papers.
Her heavy-duty, oversized exercise/playpen setup (Retails for $200).
Remaining bag of her premium Simply Nourish puppy food.
Her stainless food and water bowls, leashes, and her favorite toys. Serious inquiries only please. We are located in Northwest Ohio and would be glad for you to meet her in a public setting such as a park.
Coat Colors:
Gold/Yellow
