Franklin

Meet Franklin. A very handsome brown merle parti Newfypoo. He is a big boy weighing in at 75lbs and still growing. He's 10 months old, potty trained, good with people, kids and other animals, after a warm up period of a day or 2. He tends to be on the submissive side and will shy away from things that he has not had experience with like cats. He's doing well now with our cats and he fit well into our pack of 3 dogs right away. He enjoys being outdoors and would love to have a fenced yard to call his own. He does have a little maturing to do as he still thinks he's small and can jump up on people, but since being back we have nipped this in the bud and it has gotten much better. He also pulls on the leash when being walked but we have put him in a prong training collar and it is way better, he's starting to connect the dots that he follows us and not vice versa. Franklin is not a barker, a licker or a chewer so that's a big bonus. He is quiet in his kennel at night. Franklin is great in the car and enjoys to go for rides! **Franklin went to the groomer and the groomer was impressed with how well he did, he was a gentleman. Overall he is a great dog! With a little fine tuning he will be amazing. He's current on vaccines.
