Basenjis are known for their high intelligence, energy and very independent. This can make training them challenging, which requires a lot of patience and consistency. They are very active and curious. Must have secure, fenced-in areas to prevent them from running off, and can be destructive if left alone. Outgoing personality and playful girl.
