Itty bitty

This is a hard one to do i want to keep him but have too many dogs, need to down size so we can travel this summer. This is Itty Bitty. He is under 1lb. He is a midget puppy so please keep that in mind. As far as we know right now he doesn't have health issues, but has to be seen at the vet in another month, and needs two more set of shots soon. He has been de wormed, he is such a tiny little guy and needs a home without large dogs! He wants constant attention and to be held. He gets cold alot! He is potty trained on potty pads.
