The health, safety, and comfort of our puppies are our top priorities. Because of this, we prefer in-person pickup whenever possible so new families can meet their puppy and ensure a smooth transition. Local Pickup Puppies can be picked up in person once they are at least 8 weeks old and have received their initial veterinary health check. Pickup appointments will be scheduled in advance to ensure each family has time to meet their puppy and receive care instructions. Ground Delivery For families who are unable to travel, we may be able to arrange ground delivery through a trusted pet transport service or personally meet within a reasonable driving distance. Delivery fees vary depending on distance and will be discussed prior to finalizing arrangements. Flight Nanny / Air Transport In some cases, we may be able to arrange flight nanny services, where a trained transporter accompanies the puppy in the airplane cabin and meets you at your nearest airport. All transport arrangements must prioritize the puppy’s safety and comfort. Transportation Requirements Puppies must be at least 8 weeks old before leaving our care. Puppies will receive a veterinary health check prior to travel. Transportation costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed upon. All transportation arrangements must be approved in advance. Communication We maintain open communication throughout the process and will provide updates, photos, and travel details so families feel confident and prepared for their puppy’s arrival.
