Linzy is a white & brown 3/4 Coton de Tulear and 1/4 Poodle that currently weighs 4.9 lbs. She has a very sweet and quiet personality, which makes her more suited for an elderly couple or a family with quieter children. She is used to sleeping in a crate at night, but is very happy to lay on the couch or in bed with you. Her ICA registration papers, health record, and health guarantee will come with her as well as some puppy food. Shipping is available for an additional fee. The options for shipping are through ground nannies or in-cabin flying nannies as we do not fly puppies in cargo!

About Coton de Tulear Puppies
About Coton de Tulear Puppies
What should I know about Coton de Tulears before buying one?
Coton de Tulear dogs are small, happy pups who love to entertain. They are famous for their cotton-like coats and gentle, affectionate natures. Quick to learn, they love tricks and fun indoor and outdoor daily activity. Full-grown, they typically weigh 8-15 pounds and stand 9-11 inches tall.
How do Coton de Tulears behave around young children?
Coton de Tulears are generally excellent with children of all ages. Friendly and gentle, they are sociable and get along well with children and other dogs, but they can be a bit stubborn without the proper leadership. They enjoy participating in a variety of sports, like agility skills and catch, so take them out for an occasional trip to the park. They're relatively quiet and don't bark much.
Do Coton de Tulears need a lot of physical activity?
The Coton de Tulear is an alert and well-mannered dog that loves to play but vary in their activity levels. They are fairly active indoor dogs and will do okay without a yard to play in, but they can also have fun outside or at the doggy park. They love to perform tricks, so be sure to oblige them with a praise-based approach. Overall, their exercise needs are moderate.
Do Coton de Tulears need professional grooming?
The Coton de Tulear’s signature fluffy coat requires daily brushing and combing, as well as occasional baths, in order to keep it free from matting and knotting. Otherwise, matting will form near their sensitive skin. If left ungroomed, brushing will prove painful for the dog (and for you!) to brush out. Grooming-wise, this breed is fairly high-maintenance. Coton de Tulears are considered hypoallergenic, which can be a plus for allergy sufferers.
Are Coton de Tulears easy to train?
Coton de Tulears are best suited for apartments and smaller homes. The Coton de Tulear is a friendly breed that wants to be around their homes and masters always. They adapt well to both small and large home environments and are happy with a little walking and play time each day. They are fairly easy to train.

Visit or Video Call the Breeder
Visit in person if possible, or request a live video call to meet the puppy, see its living conditions, and meet the mom. Ask to see where the dogs eat, sleep, and play.
Get a Vet Exam Immediately
Have a vet examine the puppy within two days of bringing it home, even if it seems healthy.
Request Complete Health Records
Ask for vaccination records, deworming history, and vet exam results. For purebreds, ask for parent health clearances.
Get Everything in Writing
Written contract with health guarantees, return/refund policy, and spay/neuter terms. Verbal promises are unenforceable.
Use Secure Payment Methods
Pay with a credit card or another traceable method that offers buyer protection. Avoid wire transfers, crypto, or gift cards, which are difficult to recover.
Verify Breeder Credentials
Check USDA license, state breeder license, breed club memberships, and reviews. Ask for buyer references.
Know What to Look For
A trustworthy breeder welcomes visits, specializes in one or two breeds, prices fairly, and gives you time to decide without pressure.
Know Your State's Laws
Some states have lemon laws; others rely on contract law. Know your rights before you buy.
