Hey everyone! 🤍 This is Lizzie !! So Beautiful & Stunning. We have five absolutely stunning Shih Tzu babies that are currently available — 2 girls (Mila & Lizzie) and 3 boys (William, Ivan & Ollie). They were born January 25, 2026, and will be ready to go at the end of March. It is honestly so hard to part with this litter. I haven’t pushed advertising much because they are truly phenomenal and so so sweet that i want to keep them all, but it’s time to start finding their forever homes. I am incredibly proud of these babies and how far our small program has grown in quality over the years. These puppies have beautiful structure: nice round heads, short backs and legs, and already longer hair for their age (you do not find that often nowadays). They also have those high, small, smooshed-in noses not a pointed snout like most now have and are not suppose to in the shih tzu breed. We work very intentionally to preserve the true Shih Tzu characteristics they’re supposed to have — a high small nose, properly smushed face (not the longer noses seen so often now), big correctly set eyes (not wall-eyed), short backs and legs, a proper tail tuck, and thick, full coats — not thin hair. While true shih tzu quality & characteristics are very important to us, temperament is equally important. Many of our puppies go to families with young children so we focus a lot on personalities and dispositions in our babies. We always get wonderful updates about how sweet, loving, and well-mannered / smart they are. Our babies are raised inside our home in a busy household. They are used to normal life, everyday noises, children, and activity and being flexible with different schedules. They are very loved, spoiled, and well-socialized. We also work on helping them learn to self-entertain, which is an important part of raising a well-balanced puppy in my opinion. We are a very small program and only have litters occasionally. Benny is the dad of our program, and we have been raising Shih Tzus for about 14 years. We are extremely dedicated and have put years lots of love, hard work, and careful planning into producing the best quality we can. You can absolutely find cheaper puppies, but quality breeding, proper structure, health, temperament, and years of dedication truly matter and when you get cheaper you lose a lot of that. Reputable breeders who focus on improving their lines & the shih tzu breed — even very small programs like ours — will not have inexpensive puppies. We believe dogs should be bred to improve the breed and to create healthy, loving lifelong companions, not for fast money. It’s always wise to be picky when choosing your new baby 🤍 just some info to keep in mind. When our babies go home, they will be up to date on vaccinations (we typically start earlier than most), Up to date on wormings, and Vet checked. We do have a large puppy packet that includes a binder with lots of baby info, vet booklet, and extra goodies that we go over together at pickup. Our puppies are $3,500. If they are available but not yet ready to go, we do a deposit ($500) and the rest is due at pickup. We provide both a deposit contract and a final sales contract you will get a copy of as well and weekly updates pics etc till ready and picked up. We do accept cash only. We typically begin taking deposits around 2–3 weeks of age and prefer to meet in person for both deposits and pickup. We usually meet in Murfreesboro, Franklin, or Nashville, TN. You are absolutely welcome to come meet the babies. We do not ship; however, we have met families at the Nashville airport (BNA) when they have flown in to pick up. In those cases, deposits may be sent electronically, but we strongly prefer meeting so you can see your baby and meet us as well. I try to keep updates posted on our other platforms too — Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and our website. Pet homes only. Puppies are sold on a spay/neuter contract. Nashville, TN area. Frequently Asked Questions
About Shih Tzu Puppies
Is a Shih Tzu the right dog for me?
The Shih Tzu is small, popular, and friendly, so what more could you ask for in a companion dog? Their intelligence and loyalty, along with their independence, will have you cuddling up with this bunch of cheerfulness in no time. Full-grown, they typically weigh 9-16 pounds and stand 9-11 inches tall.
Do Shih Tzus do well in a busy household?
Shih Tzus are generally excellent with children of all ages. Shih Tzus are indoor dogs who get along with other pets very well and love to cuddle in your lap, making them great family companions. You would never want to limit these small dogs to just the outdoors. They're moderate barkers — they'll alert you when something's up but aren't excessive.
Are Shih Tzus couch potatoes or do they need a lot of exercise?
Shih Tzu need short, daily walk but should also occasionally be exercised indoors. They do not adapt to hot weather very well, so they must be a primarily indoor dog. Care must be taken not to over or under exercise them as well. Overall, their exercise needs are moderate.
Is a Shih Tzu a good choice for someone with allergies?
Shih Tzus' long coat is somewhat high maintenance and requires everyday brushing to prevent tangles. These dogs should be taken to a professional groomer every couple of months. They are usually easier to maintain when their coats are clipped short, but you can't argue that those who have the long, dreamy coats are dramatic and eye catching. Grooming-wise, this breed is fairly high-maintenance. Shih Tzus are considered hypoallergenic, which can be a plus for allergy sufferers.
What should first-time owners know about Shih Tzus?
Shih Tzus are best suited for apartments and smaller homes. Since they are small, this breed can adapt to apartment living or a big house. Shih Tzus are indoor dogs who get along with other pets very well and love to cuddle in your lap, making them great family companions. They are fairly easy to train.

Visit or Video Call the Breeder
Visit in person if possible, or request a live video call to meet the puppy, see its living conditions, and meet the mom. Ask to see where the dogs eat, sleep, and play.
Get a Vet Exam Immediately
Have a vet examine the puppy within two days of bringing it home, even if it seems healthy.
Request Complete Health Records
Ask for vaccination records, deworming history, and vet exam results. For purebreds, ask for parent health clearances.
Get Everything in Writing
Written contract with health guarantees, return/refund policy, and spay/neuter terms. Verbal promises are unenforceable.
Use Secure Payment Methods
Pay with a credit card or another traceable method that offers buyer protection. Avoid wire transfers, crypto, or gift cards, which are difficult to recover.
Verify Breeder Credentials
Check USDA license, state breeder license, breed club memberships, and reviews. Ask for buyer references.
Know What to Look For
A trustworthy breeder welcomes visits, specializes in one or two breeds, prices fairly, and gives you time to decide without pressure.
Know Your State's Laws
Some states have lemon laws; others rely on contract law. Know your rights before you buy.
