Mikey is sired by our newest stud dog, AKC "Louis the Great", representing the finest bloodlines of Europe. Louie has an incredible linage featuring 42 champions in his pedigree. Louie weighs 12 pounds, has an exceptional thick coat, dark black nose and large brown eyes. Louie is lean, strong and likes to jump in my lap whenever I sit down. He also likes to chase the ball and bring it back after enjoying a few chews. Louie is a lover and constantly shows how much by laying his head on my chest and staring up with those big puppy-dog eyes. Mikey's mother is our CKC "Little Dolly," she is one of our own puppies. She is 4 years old and this was her third litter. She is a small dog weighing in at just 10 pounds. Dolly is quiet and likes to play by your side, she quietly speaks for your attention and is never late for a meal. Because she is a small dog, her puppies will be perfect for living in today's smaller spaces. She is fun and loves attention, especially when siting in your lap. We expect her puppies to be small and display the same temperament as their mom. Male puppies are in high demand, generally sell first and are sometimes hard to find. In my experience, it's the males who make the most loving companions. Mikey was the first pick from this litter and at the last moment the purchasers were unable to complete the sale. Mikey is available for adoption and can go home now, without having to wait for him to get old enough to leave. We expect he will weigh between 10-12 pounds as an adult. Mikey comes to you with his first set of puppy shots, wormed, dew claws removed, registration paperwork, shot & worming records, litter box trained and his good health is guaranteed. We deliver him with our puppy starter kit, bill of sale, first bath, nails cut, a splash of perfume (to smell good) and a one year health guarantee. If you can see Mikey in your future, please give us a call at 503-705-6771 before he is adopted by someone else. I often ask myself why our puppies sell so quickly, most are sold before they are born. My thoughts are: 1. Our puppies are sired by the strongest champion bloodlines we could find. 2.Our puppies are raised in our kitchen/family room with lots of personal interaction so they are socialized and loving when delivered to their new families. 3. We pride ourselves on delivering puppies in excellent health and ready to steal your heart. 4. We price our puppies as pet quality, while many of them are show quality. We wish to thank you for your interest in our puppies and your visit to our website www.marillynbichonpuppies.com . We highly suggest you call us now at 503-705-6771 before Mikey slips from your mind.

Bichon Frise
Frequently Asked Questions
About Bichon Frise Puppies
What's it like owning a Bichon Frise?
These little white fluffballs will keep your family active and your heart full. The Bichon Frise is one of the sweetest and most sensitive dogs around. They love to run around the yard, play games, or snuggle up on the couch—any activity as long as you’re nearby. Housetraining can be difficult, so remain vigilant when they're still young and learning. Full-grown, they typically weigh 12-18 pounds and stand 9-11 inches tall.
Will a Bichon Frise get along with my other pets?
Bichon Frises are generally excellent with children of all ages. Bichon Frises are eager to make friends with strangers, other dogs, and children. They’re family-friendly pups that may bark or nip during playtime but usually get along well with kids. They're moderate barkers — they'll alert you when something's up but aren't excessive.
How much exercise does a Bichon Frise need?
The Bichon Frise is an active dog that needs daily exercise. Despite their small size, these pups are eager to play indoor games, romp in the yard, or take short walks on the leash. Like cats, they have sudden spikes of energy that turn them into crazy canines running laps around the house. Overall, their exercise needs are low.
What should I expect with Bichon Frise shedding?
The Bichon Frise has a white double coat with a soft, silky, dense undercoat and a coarse, curly outer coat. The fur is fluffy and springs back even when you pat it down. These dogs may have cream or apricot-colored hair. Grooming-wise, this breed is high-maintenance. Bichon Frises are considered hypoallergenic, which can be a plus for allergy sufferers.
Are Bichon Frises easy to train?
Bichon Frises are best suited for apartments and smaller homes. Bichon Frises are good for apartment living because of their size, but they can be difficult to housetrain and may have more accidents if they don’t have a yard or doggy door at their disposal. They are fairly easy to train.

See Full Guide Here
Visit or Video Call the Breeder
Visit in person if possible, or request a live video call to meet the puppy, see its living conditions, and meet the mom. Ask to see where the dogs eat, sleep, and play.
Get a Vet Exam Immediately
Have a vet examine the puppy within two days of bringing it home, even if it seems healthy.
Request Complete Health Records
Ask for vaccination records, deworming history, and vet exam results. For purebreds, ask for parent health clearances.
Get Everything in Writing
Written contract with health guarantees, return/refund policy, and spay/neuter terms. Verbal promises are unenforceable.
Use Secure Payment Methods
Pay with a credit card or another traceable method that offers buyer protection. Avoid wire transfers, crypto, or gift cards, which are difficult to recover.
Verify Breeder Credentials
Check USDA license, state breeder license, breed club memberships, and reviews. Ask for buyer references.
Know What to Look For
A trustworthy breeder welcomes visits, specializes in one or two breeds, prices fairly, and gives you time to decide without pressure.
Know Your State's Laws
Some states have lemon laws; others rely on contract law. Know your rights before you buy.
