Shipping & Delivery Policy To arrange shipping or delivery, the following conditions must be met: A non-refundable security deposit equal to 50% of the total purchase price is required before any shipping or delivery arrangements are made The deposit secures the puppy and covers preparation, scheduling, and transportation coordination The remaining balance must be paid in full at the agreed time of pickup or before final delivery Flight Shipping Requirements If shipping requires air travel: A non-refundable 50% deposit of the total puppy price is required An additional 100% of the total flight/transport fees must also be paid upfront before booking the flight The remaining balance of the puppy price and any outstanding transport costs must be paid prior to final delivery Flight arrangements will only be scheduled once all required deposits and fees have been received. Transportation Requirements For the safety and comfort of the puppy: An airline-approved crate or secure transport carrier will be required for flights Transportation arrangements depend on distance and agreed meeting location All shipping or delivery details will be confirmed in advance Home Delivery & Suitability If delivery is arranged directly to your home: The environment must be a safe, clean, and suitable living space The puppy must be placed in a stable and responsible family environment If, upon arrival, the home is deemed unsafe or unsuitable, the puppy will not be released Our priority is ensuring that every puppy goes to a responsible and caring home. We reserve the right to refuse placement if the environment does not meet appropriate standards for the puppy’s well-being. By arranging shipping or delivery, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above.
