Meet puppy Scout!
I just adore this puppy. He is such a nice balanced pup. He’s a little independent, also loves the loves and snuggles, and is already showing good nerves and patience. He’s showing he can be a Mal puppy who runs around and does the Mal things but can also slow down and be biddable and moldable to his handler. I love his coat and his frame. Scout is just a really nice puppy all around.
This litter was bred specifically to have a milder temperament and less drive than most Belgian Malinois, making them better suited for a beginner home or a family who's lifestyle would better lend to a Malinois who is more easy going. But they will still require lifelong training and brain games/activities to keep them balanced and avoid any behavioral problems from developing.
I did lower the price on Scout. Sometime before 3 weeks of age his mama must have stepped on his tail or pushed into him in a way where it fractured. We have eyes on the puppies and mama at all times so it had to have been wile we were sleeping. It wasn’t until he was just over 3 weeks old that we even noticed what looked like there had been a break. But it wasn’t recent, it clearly had already been healing and apparently not bothering him enough to where we noticed anything had happened. We constantly handle these puppies around the clock especially when they are that young. The veterinarian said since it had already been healing for some time it be better to leave it alone since it was only a visual injury and nothing where it was going to affect his every day life. And to re-set it they would have to break his tail again to put it in a cast. At 3 weeks of age it’s not safe for veterinarians to really use any medications on puppies because the pups are so tiny. And because it’s only cosmetic the vet decided that it was better just to leave it alone since it won’t affect his quality of life in any way. Scouts tail is fine now. It just looks a little crooked towards the tip. But other than that he is the most awesome puppy. He will grow up absolutely gorgeous, he has beautiful bone structure and a gorgeous coat and the best temperament and personality.
So if you don’t mind your Mal being a little distinguished at the tip of his tail, Scout could be your best friend and I can help you out by lowering his adoption fee a bit.
