Meet Scout, your new best friend and forever pal! This sweet purebred Golden Retriever puppy is ready to bring endless joy to his perfect family. Scout is AKC registered and comes from champion bloodlines, though he's on the smaller side for the breed—perfect for those who love that classic Golden personality in a slightly more compact package! At just 8 weeks old, Scout faced a challenge when he developed juvenile cellulitis, a rare autoimmune condition that caused facial swelling and sores around his snout. With prompt veterinary care and plenty of love and TLC from our family, he's made a full recovery and is now in excellent health. He has some minimal scarring around his snout—very faint and barely noticeable unless you're looking closely—but it in no way affects his happy, healthy life ahead. Scout has the most wonderful temperament—he's full of spunk and energy, always eager to pal around no matter what you're doing! He adores toys, treats, and playtime, but he's also a champion cuddler when it's time to wind down and snuggle up close. Raised right in our home with lots of socialization, he's confident, well-adjusted, and already making great progress with house training and basic commands like sit, wait, and recall. He's up to date on all his vaccines and ready to join an active, loving household. Scout has a very special place in our hearts, and we're looking for his forever home—ideally one with a fenced yard where he can safely run and play. If you're ready for a loyal, playful, affectionate companion who will love you unconditionally, Scout could be the one! If you're interested or have any questions, feel free to call/text Justin at (302) 287-2977. Serious inquiries only, please—Scout deserves the best!
