She comes with a health record of multiple broad spectrum worming treatments and her first shots.
If you want to make Shirley Temple yours, a half down, non-refundable deposit is required to hold her until her adoption day.
Pick up on site is preferred, however I do local delivery or use a reliable nanny service for an extra fee if needed.
