Small sweet boy. Leg defect. Ch lines Pet only charting 6-6.5

I have a special boy and I’m looking for a previous pet owner of mine 100 % no breeders est 6-6.5 Double joint leg is what Vet said . He gets around just fine. He’s very loving and very sweet. The vet said it won’t impede anything or causing any shortness of life or yada yada all that stuff. So I have a clear health certificate on him. But…..I do not want him with a breeder period. No one is going to stuff this little boy in a cage. He is as sweet as can be and I will only give him to a prior pet owner. Sorry I don’t know who else to trust. Because some people could say they are buying them as a pet and then turn around and give him to a breeder so you have to be a prior pet only owner and have your spay or neuter papers ready to show me. He will be a third of my usual pet amount. And breeders please don’t tell me you have a friend that’s a pet owner and been wanting one and all that yada yada. Give them one of your own if that’s the case . I will only have him with a prior pet owner. It’s just non-negotiable. He’s just such a sweetheart gets around just fine. Hold his own plays everything! This is like a one time thing that’s happened and my Vet said nothing I could do to change it to have prevented I mean. Matter of fact, she wanted to keep him, but she’s overloaded lol and you’re welcome to call and talk to her!! so you can private message me this is not a patella issue so let me reiterate that not a patella issue *like I said if you’re a breeder and I don’t care if you’ve bought five Yorkies from me, please don’t tell me your friend is looking for one. It’s just not going to happen. I don’t mean to be mean, but I am just not trusting of very many people because of a lot of things and he is going to be a pet only. Even if you are a prior pet owner, I will still require proof of neuter and a strict contract on that. I Don’t joke around with my puppies! And yes, boys are the sweetest he loves belly rubs. He runs and plays and does just fine with us in our grands.
