Meet Spasibo! Spasibo is a stunning black + white Frenchton born 6th in the litter. He may be last but he is certainly not least! Goofy, lovable and always up for a snuggle or play, Spasibo loves to hang with his people. What are Frenchton’s? Frenchton’s are a breed you get when you cross a French Bulldog with America’s Gentleman, the Boston Terrier. Getting the best from both worlds, thick, stocky, easy breathers, and most importantly, less stubborn than a full Frenchie. Frenchton’s are lovable goofballs that live for doing whatever you want to do! Whether that’s jogging, marathon running, or binging your favorite tv shows like Gilmore Girls, Stranger Things, The Super Bowl, or Bake Off! They'll be there, spending time with you. Ready for his new family on November 25th, Spasibo and his littermates names are all thank you in different languages. Spasibo is Russian. Spasibo will come home to you fully up to date on vaccines and dewormings. He will be socialized with other dogs, cats, and people as well as having nails trimmed, teeth checked, and paws rubbed frequently to help promote best behavior for future vet visits. Frequently Asked Questions
About Frenchton Puppies
What's it like owning a Frenchton?
The Frenchton is a designer hybrid breed consisting of French Bulldog and Boston Terrier. The breed originated in recent years in the United States. The purpose behind creating the Frenchton was to attempt to breed out some of the health risks associated with the French Bulldog. This designer hybrid also exhibits increased stamina as well as mass. It is not uncommon for puppies from the same litter to look quite different, as often the puppies will take on physical characteristics resembling more closely one parent or the other. The Frenchton is a relatively new designer breed, making information about the breed itself scarce. If you have further questions about this breed, consider contacting one of the accepted registries or a Frenchton breeder. The Frenchton can currently be registered with the American Canine Hybrid Club, Designer Dogs Kennel Club, International Designer Canine Registry and the Designer Breed Registery. Full-grown, they typically weigh 15-25 pounds and stand 11-14 inches tall.
Are Frenchtons a good choice for families with kids?
Frenchtons are generally excellent with children of all ages. The Frenchton is a mix of the French Bulldog and the Boston Terrier. A mixed breed dog can have a combination of any of the temperament and characteristics of any breed involved. They're moderate barkers — they'll alert you when something's up but aren't excessive.
What kind of exercise do Frenchtons need?
A very laid back dog, the Frenchton is ideal for indoor life. They will get by fine with a daily walk and some indoor play. Overall, their exercise needs are moderate.
How often should I brush a Frenchton?
The Frenchton’s coat is fine and can be long to medium in length. The Frenchton's coat can come in any color variation that is exhibited by French Bulldog and the Boston Terrier. Grooming-wise, this breed is low-maintenance.
What kind of home is best for a Frenchton?
Frenchtons are best suited for apartments and smaller homes. They are fairly easy to train.
Puppy Buyer's FAQ
See Full Guide Here
Visit or Video Call the Breeder
Visit in person if possible, or request a live video call to meet the puppy, see its living conditions, and meet the mom. Ask to see where the dogs eat, sleep, and play.
Get a Vet Exam Immediately
Have a vet examine the puppy within two days of bringing it home, even if it seems healthy.
Request Complete Health Records
Ask for vaccination records, deworming history, and vet exam results. For purebreds, ask for parent health clearances.
Get Everything in Writing
Written contract with health guarantees, return/refund policy, and spay/neuter terms. Verbal promises are unenforceable.
Use Secure Payment Methods
Pay with a credit card or another traceable method that offers buyer protection. Avoid wire transfers, crypto, or gift cards, which are difficult to recover.
Verify Breeder Credentials
Check USDA license, state breeder license, breed club memberships, and reviews. Ask for buyer references.
Know What to Look For
A trustworthy breeder welcomes visits, specializes in one or two breeds, prices fairly, and gives you time to decide without pressure.
Know Your State's Laws
Some states have lemon laws; others rely on contract law. Know your rights before you buy.
