This is Swan! She is one of 14 from our much loved litter combo of Wren and Newt! She is a confident, yet soft little lady who is happy to ride in the car and go on adventures already… she did great at tractor supply! She’s happy to say hi to nearly anyone and is just a sweetie. She walks well on lead and is crate and potty trained already! She loooooves playing with other dogs, and would most likely benefit from another dog in the home, or with someone who has either a stay at home job, or isnt out of the house all day long if shes there by herself. Shes a social lady who just wants to be in the middle of things! We exepect her to get around 55-65lbs. She is fully up to date on shots, including rabies. This was Wrens retirement litter and she really outdid herself giving us such wonderful kiddos, and previous families with this pairing have had nothing but rave reviews for their temperaments, and what joy they’ve brought to their families ❤️ Both Wren and Newt are goldendoodles, with her percentage of poodle vs golden, so these are kids that are great for those with allergies or are sensitive to shedding dogs. Newt has all of his health and genetic testing, including official OFA, and pennhip! Wren is genetic and health tested, and their last pairing with this combo, puppies ended up between 50-65lbs ☺️ We do meet and greets at our grooming shop in West Haven, and try to have a few to shop that would fit what a family is looking for ❤️ Please text, call, or message us for more details!

Frequently Asked Questions
About Goldendoodle Puppies
What are Goldendoodles known for?
Goldendoodles are a mix of two of the most affectionate, friendly breeds: Golden Retrievers and Poodles. They adore being around people and crave companionship. Their personalities and coats range depending on their genes, but you can count on these cute canines to be your best friend to the end. Full-grown, they typically weigh 50-90 pounds and stand 20-24 inches tall.
Are Goldendoodles a good choice for families with kids?
Goldendoodles are generally excellent with children of all ages. Goldendoodles are the quintessential family dog. They’re eager to please and get along well with children, other animals, and strangers. They're moderate barkers — they'll alert you when something's up but aren't excessive.
How active are Goldendoodles on a daily basis?
The Goldendoodle requires an average amount of exercise. Most enjoy swimming, daily walks, and playtime. With Golden Retriever in their genes, these dogs do well at games that involve retrieving, like fetch and Frisbee. Overall, their exercise needs are high.
How much brushing and bathing does a Goldendoodle need?
The Goldendoodle’s coat is a cross between the Golden Retriever and Poodle coat, having fine hair that can be curly or straight. Depending on the Poodle influence, Goldendoodles can come in a wide variety of colors, including white, tan, chocolate, black, red, silver, or a mix. They may shed very little or a bit more based on whether their Poodle side or Golden Retriever side is stronger. Grooming-wise, this breed is low-maintenance. Goldendoodles are considered hypoallergenic, which can be a plus for allergy sufferers.
How much space does a Goldendoodle need?
Goldendoodles are best suited for a house with a good-sized yard. These pups are social and love being around people, so they do best with families that are home a lot. Because of their craving for companionship, Goldendoodles should always live inside and never been banned to the backyard. They are fairly easy to train.

Visit or Video Call the Breeder
Visit in person if possible, or request a live video call to meet the puppy, see its living conditions, and meet the mom. Ask to see where the dogs eat, sleep, and play.
Get a Vet Exam Immediately
Have a vet examine the puppy within two days of bringing it home, even if it seems healthy.
Request Complete Health Records
Ask for vaccination records, deworming history, and vet exam results. For purebreds, ask for parent health clearances.
Get Everything in Writing
Written contract with health guarantees, return/refund policy, and spay/neuter terms. Verbal promises are unenforceable.
Use Secure Payment Methods

Verify Breeder Credentials
Check USDA license, state breeder license, breed club memberships, and reviews. Ask for buyer references.
Know What to Look For
A trustworthy breeder welcomes visits, specializes in one or two breeds, prices fairly, and gives you time to decide without pressure.
Know Your State's Laws
Some states have lemon laws; others rely on contract law. Know your rights before you buy.
