I require a mask to visit my puppies. If you won't wear a mask for the few minutes it takes to see a puppy, please find another breeder.
Please note, “We do not sell our puppies/dogs for breeding, they are sold as companion family pet’s only.” Anything priced under $1000, will be sold on a spay/neuter contract, (registration papers will be given after proof of spay/neuter) unless arrangements are made to purchase papers.
Gorgeous Light Blonde Yorkie baby boy, with a beautiful coat and an adorable short little face. He has a nicely proportioned little body with an estimated adult weight of about 6 lbs, which is sturdy enough for children but still very packable. All babies are raised with love and are happy, healthy and well socialized. They will come to you with up-to-date puppy vaccinations and wormings, following a well-puppy protocol reflecting my 39+ years of experience. All babies come with a “lifetime” written health guarantee (subject to terms), their food, dish, toys, vitamin samples, & instructions on how to care for them. My website can be viewed at www.sacredheartkennels.com , you can contact me at [email protected] or call/text me at 209-628-5673
The app on this puppies.com program does not work well for me, so please use my email directly or the phone number for texting and calling. You are welcome to come see your baby in person, near Lake Brownwood, TX, before you purchase. I offer delivery by land transport only. Most customers use uship.com and citizenshipper.com. You can also use a puppy nanny service if you can find one. All shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, but I will help coordinate pickup and anything else you need with the shipper. If the pickup is going to be more than a few days, I do charge $8 a day board. No exceptions. I also do not do videos or more pictures unless looks have changed considerably, so this may make a difference to you if you're considering shipping.

About Yorkshire Terrier Puppies
About Yorkshire Terrier Puppies
How would you describe a Yorkshire Terrier?
The little Yorkshire Terrier thinks they're Great Danes, and like most terriers, are bold, brave, and independent. They are very intelligent and develop deep bonds with their owners. Full-grown, they typically weigh 4-7 pounds and stand 8-9 inches tall.
Do Yorkshire Terriers do well in a busy household?
Yorkshire Terriers are generally excellent with children of all ages. Because of their diminutive stature, Yorkies are well-suited to apartment life, but households with young children are not recommended unless carefully supervised. They're fairly vocal dogs that bark regularly.
How do I keep a Yorkshire Terrier physically active?
The Yorkshire Terrier can have most of their exercise needs met through indoor play, but they prefer a daily walk or romp in a fenced-in yard. They don't need much exercise, so don't wear your Yorkie out too much, but they will need to play with their families throughout the day. Overall, their exercise needs are high.
Do Yorkshire Terriers shed a lot?
Yorkies' coats can be a bit high maintenance, especially for those with the long, silky coat. Long coats require professional maintenance, including adding oil and wrapping the coats in rice or tissue paper, along with weekly washings. The Yorkshire Terrier has no undercoat, and they do shed a small amount. Grooming-wise, this breed is high-maintenance. Yorkshire Terriers are considered hypoallergenic, which can be a plus for allergy sufferers.
Can a Yorkshire Terrier live in an apartment?
Yorkshire Terriers are best suited for apartments and smaller homes. Because of their diminutive stature, Yorkies are well-suited to apartment life, but households with young children are not recommended unless carefully supervised. They are fairly easy to train.

Visit or Video Call the Breeder
Visit in person if possible, or request a live video call to meet the puppy, see its living conditions, and meet the mom. Ask to see where the dogs eat, sleep, and play.
Get a Vet Exam Immediately
Have a vet examine the puppy within two days of bringing it home, even if it seems healthy.
Request Complete Health Records
Ask for vaccination records, deworming history, and vet exam results. For purebreds, ask for parent health clearances.
Get Everything in Writing
Written contract with health guarantees, return/refund policy, and spay/neuter terms. Verbal promises are unenforceable.
Use Secure Payment Methods
Pay with a credit card or another traceable method that offers buyer protection. Avoid wire transfers, crypto, or gift cards, which are difficult to recover.
Verify Breeder Credentials
Check USDA license, state breeder license, breed club memberships, and reviews. Ask for buyer references.
Know What to Look For
A trustworthy breeder welcomes visits, specializes in one or two breeds, prices fairly, and gives you time to decide without pressure.
Know Your State's Laws
Some states have lemon laws; others rely on contract law. Know your rights before you buy.
