Puppies.com is a listing platform, not a seller. All puppies are owned, listed, and sold by independent breeders; transactions happen directly between buyer and seller, and Puppies.com does not process payments.

## Contacting a breeder
Contacting a breeder requires a free buyer account. The first message to any seller is held until the buyer confirms their email via a magic-link sent at submission time. Inbound messages are also scored for spam risk and a small fraction may be held for human review.
