My name is Kimberly. I am the owner of Labs of Gold Hill NC. I fell in love with labs 15 years ago. We were blessed with a chocolate English female lab. She brought my children and I so much happiness. She was the kindest most gentle dog I had ever been around. We gave and received the most unconditional love ever known. In 2016, after doing lots of researching I started breeding. I was determined to keep her bloodline alive and to try and make them as healthy, sweet, and loyal as her. Hershey had two litters and I found it brought me so much happiness and other families much joy. After having two litters, Hershey Love retired and she spent her years swimming and chasing rabbits and of course her favorite pastimes of sleeping and eating and she never passed by water without submerging herself in as much as she could rather it be a lake, river, her dog pool, and even a puddle. She passed in 2024 at home resting at the age of 13.5. Labs of Gold Hill has the most beautiful female Black Lab, Birdie Mae. She is a large female with an amazing shiny coat. We also have a White Lab, Kora Reign with black pigments. Kora is shorter, but she is the jumper of the family. She is protective and has the most loving nature. Here you will also find our stud, Forrest. He is an extremely large, tall English Block head lab. Although the largest in the family, he is the biggest baby. He never meets a stranger. He loves the water and always wants to give you howdy. I have kept in contact with the families of most of the puppies from my litters and I have watched them grow through the years. Their families will send me pictures, and it makes me so happy that those animals have brought so much love and happiness to other families. All of my puppies are born inside my home in a birthing box, which I had a carpenter build. It is there they stay and grow until they are 6-8 weeks old. When they are six weeks old, I take them to the vet and have each examined and have their first round of shots. After that, I allow them to go outside and play and learn from their siblings. Each new owner will take their puppy home at 7-8 weeks with a health certificate paper and their first round of shots given by a vet. I can also provide many references and pictures upon request. Labs have truly changed my life and have given me so much love and happiness just as I know it will change yours.
