I am Rhonda Ballance, I live in Eastern NC. My husband and I currently have 6 adult shin tzus in our program and we are looking to expand in the near future. My husband has been in farming and commercial fishing his entire life and I am currently the Executive Director of a 501c3 non-profit Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault and Human Trafficking agency and shelter. We love our babies and love blessing others with these sweet cuties.
