Me and my Husband Kyle got our first full blooded German Shepherd puppies after we had been dating for a year and we have fallen in love with the breed. We wanted to breed dogs that are built for family life, while having those protective instincts. So we hand selected our breeding dogs to have the best temperaments and be the true gentle guardians that they are to make the best puppies to love and protect your family.
About Shadow Ridge Shepherds
Our dogs and puppies are born and raised in our home. We have a whelping room set up for mom to deliver and care for the puppies for the first 2-3 weeks and then we move them to a bigger playpen set up where they have room to explore and play as well as start potty training. They also get access to our living room to explore and play, where they can be exposed to normal household sounds and items.
Puppy Updates
Our current litter is now 5 weeks old! We are having more playtime, more wrestling(learning bite inhibition), being exposed to tug toys and building up that toy drive, and interacting with ny big dogs in the home for socialization.
