About Oberholtzer's German Shorthairs
We are a hobby breeder in northeast Iowa on an acreage in the country. Over the years we have had different GSP's as family pets and love this breed. We wanted to raise hunting dogs as well as great family pets.
We have 2 litters. The dams are sisters. They are incredible girls. Energetic,loyal, eager to please and awesome with kids. They have championship bloodlines and show natural talent although we haven't hunted with them much. They are medium sized dogs.
The sire, Commando, is intelligent and observant. He's energetic, loves to play and is great with kids. He shows natural talent although we haven't hunted with him much.

Puppy Updates
Puppies are here! Ready to come to your home in June 2025.
We have 2 litters. Born on april 10 and 11. Puppies will come with 1st vaccinations, wormed, dew claws removed and tails docked. They are well socialized with people and have papers to be AKC registered.
$100 deposit to hold your pick!
