Hello I’m Kelly a local breeder for about 10 years here in Missouri specializing mostly in the breeding of shih tzu’s. I live in the city of St. Louis, but I am willing to travel short distances for delivery. I currently have two litters of shih tzu’s ready for rehoming with a total of 3 female and 4 male left.
