Essence Of Grace Yorkies

We are a small, in-home Yorkshire Terrier breeding program located in Southern California. Our dogs are raised inside our home as part of our daily routine, not in a kennel environment. They are surrounded by normal household activity, which helps them become well-socialized, confident, and adaptable. Puppies are whelped in a dedicated, clean, and monitored indoor whelping area. As they grow, they are transitioned to a safe playpen setup with plenty of space to explore, play, and interact. Around 8 weeks of age, puppies begin supervised free-roaming time while awake to further build confidence and social skills. We use structured routines that include early neurological stimulation (ENS), early scent introduction (ESI), daily handling, and exposure to different sounds, textures, and environments. This helps set a strong foundation for their development. Our adult dogs are carefully managed and live in a clean, structured environment. They are exercised daily and receive regular grooming, attention, and enrichment. Puppies are raised with a focus on health, temperament, and quality, and we maintain a low number of dogs to ensure each one receives individualized care.
