Szomoru Fuz Mudi Kennel

A couple of years ago one of my son showed me a photo of a Hungarian dog, a Mudi, a cifra/black merle and asked me to get one. After a long research and waiting for the right puppy, we picked up our first Mudi from Hungary 7 years ago. I fell in love with the breed and decided to continue the mudi line here in the US, where this breed was pretty much unkonwn...once it was an almost instinct breed in Hungary. All my Mudi are from Hungary. Alert, active, and smart, highly trainable herding/working dogs from Hungary- helped shepherds maintain their flocks, have high exercise needs; they can be also calm family dogs when excercise physically and mentally. The Mudi is lively, tractable, intelligent and keen. Great guard, watch and alarm dog, and is an excellent agility dog and companion.They are medium-sized and about 24-30lbs I am very picky about where my puppies go and keeping in touch is must for any new owners. My goal is to preserve the breed and introduce this great dog to many in the US. If you are active, this is a breed for you.
