Contact Me Hi, My name is Judy Kell and I live in one of the 100 valleys of the Umpqua Indians in Oakland, Oregon. I have been blessed with many years of raising horses and cocker Spaniels. I chose to raise Cocker Spaniels because as a child I had a little female cocker named puddles. Puddles was the light of my young life. We went everywhere together as she would ride in the basket of my bike. Whether we were down by the river throwing sticks for her to retrieve or if we were at home just hanging out, she was with me. I had puddles for almost 20 years. She went through my youth and the beginning of me making a family and becoming an adult. 37 years ago I decided I wanted to make beautiful cocker spaniels for other families to have to chance to move through life with a 4 legged best friend like I did.
