I own and operate Happy Tails Grooming in Dobson, NC. I also recently took over my late friends’ heart and soul jack Russells, smooth coated shorty jacks, and now offer stout, short legged, smooth coated puppies to individuals across the nation from her nearly 40 year structured breeding program.
