Faithful Hearts Kennel

I have always loved poodle and havanese breeds and got my first poodle in 2008. She was my best four legged friend and close companion. I began the journey of raising AKC registered, high quality poodles in order to bring others the joy of owning a toy poodle! I recently welcomed my first Havanese into my home and have started showing her. I spend many hours with my dogs and puppies and, knowing the importance of preparing them for the world, I begin touch conditioning on the day of their birth. As they grow, I gently get them acustomed to a variety of sights, sounds, smells, etc to make sure they are not frightened or hurt at such a fragile age. I housebreak them to use a litterbox from a very young age and they easily learn to go outside once they are old enough to have better control of their bladder. All puppies will be started on age appropriate basic obedience training, used to short periods of time in a crate, etc before going to their new families. I have three currently in homes as therapy dogs.
