I am blessed to be able to work from home; I get to enjoy my Pikanoos all day and attend to their needs. Once doggy door potty trained, they are free to run around and play in the house and in the back yard during the day, while supervised, of course. At night, everyone sleeps in their own "little room" (aka their own bedded crates, which are actually located inside of my bedroom). All Pikanoos are taken to the vet regularly for check-ups, vaccines, and deworming. They're also on Revolution (to prevent fleas/ticks/heartworms) since the age of 6 weeks. Everyone is also on daily vitamins, probiotics, prebiotics, omega 3, and supplements for hips and joints. We go on car rides and trips to different department stores regularly (but only 2 weeks after they've had their first shots), to ensure they are well socialized. The biggest things that set me apart from most breeders is that I only breed my Chihuahua females once per year, and Frenchies are only bred every other year - and they're only bred after they're cleared by the vet to do so. Plus, from time to time, I foster and pet sit too. I also try to post pics and videos on Facebook and TikTok as often as I can.
