I want to address the feedback from Sarah S. First in regards to her calling me a "backyard" breeder. My "yard" is 10+ acres and I have been breeding dogs for 40 years. Siberian Huskies for going on 18 years. I have several retired dogs including one that will be 15 years in early June. I was honest with her about not doing all the extra testing on my dogs and she still came down here from Pennsylvania because I had what she was looking for. Testing can be a very expensive process, and it has been proven to not always mean much because the issues they test for can skip generations. I got into breeding Huskies to be able to provide the best quality dog I could at a price families could afford. Now I had wanted to not release puppies until I give them their vaccination at 8 weeks because I want them twice vaccinated for Parvo before they leave. She talked me into letting her pick up her puppy 3 days early and I said ok, I would vaccinate and deworm with ivermectin that morning before she picked it up. She arrived very early on a rainy morning, well before her appointed arrival time and before we had finished our morning routine which includes cleaning of kennels and such. BTW our smallest sized kennel is 8'X 16' ( the kennel her puppy was in is 8' X 24' and has an 8'X8' covered porch area) so puppies are hardly lacking space to play and we do play with them, they are socialized with us. But in the dead of winter, we probably don't get to play with them as much as we like, but they are still socialized. There is pictures, videos and testimonials on my website. She declined me deworming the puppy with ivermectin as I like to do at 8 weeks, because even though I deworm multiple times with Pyrantel Paomate before then, it still takes the deworming with ivermectin to kill everything out. She said she would deworm the puppy when she got it home. She contacted me almost a week later saying the puppy had giardia. None of the puppies still here showed any signs of that and nobody else contacted me saying that they had any health issues. She left this review a month after she picked up her puppy and wanted to blackmail me to pay her $1400 to remove it. Not going to happen. I have sold 100s of healthy puppies over the years I have been breeding to many happy families. So if you are even considering a puppy from me, you owe it to yourself to at least come and see what we have and meet us in person and make up your own mind.
