Our Mission - Produce High-Quality Puppies that are a worthy example of their breed.  We strive for great health combined with loving temperaments.  Promise Land  LLC is a licensed dog kennel in the State of Maryland which is inspected by Anne Arundel County Animal Control.  This is a family business located in Pasadena, Maryland and you must make an appointment to visit. Promise Land was established breeding Golden's in 2007. Promise Land has more than one breeder and each has their own specialty. Thanks to my daughters we know included Boston Terriers, French Bulldogs and Cavalier King Charles. Please note most dogs live in Guardian homes.  Rule of 7s in Puppy Socialization used. AKC Ltd Registration Documents. Puppy Packet (Buyer’s guide including the pedigree, LTD AKC registration, a toy they have played with and has been rubbed over mom, a sample packet of food, emailed (training tips, feeding tips, things poisonous, suggestions and health tips). One set of Vaccinations (Distemper, Canine Hepatitis, Adenovirus Cough, Parainfluenza and Parvovirus) and Bordetella (Kennel Cough) Vaccine. Each puppy comes with a one-year health guarantee. We will extend our warranty if NuVet is given. Final check-up from the veterinarian where they are given a heart and full body examination. We now also included 30 days free of Trupanion Insurance. Worming (3 Dewormings, Coccidia & Giardiasis treatment for prevention . Health tested Sire and Dam-Our health tests include Hips, Elbows, Patella, Heart, Eyes, Thyroid, Dentition and Genetic testing -We have gone to Embark for screening of our next generation of breeding parent. We do Bear testing on Boston Terrier parents also. We are inspected by Anne Arundel County Animal Control yearly. We are a member of the GRCA. We are a Breeder with Heart with AKC.
