Royal Blue Ranch

Royal Blue Ranch was founded in 1985 by my dad and his brother Darren as a horse breeding, training, and showing facility. I’m proud to have inherited my dad’s passion for working with animals, and over the years, we’ve expanded our focus to include dogs alongside our horse training. My lifelong love for animals led me to pursue two degrees: an Associate’s in Animal Science from Northland Community and Technical College, and a Bachelor’s in Equine Science and Business Management from the University of Minnesota, Crookston. These studies, combined with the hands-on experience passed down from my dad—who grew up farming and raising animals—have shaped the way we care for our animals today. Together, we’ve built a foundation of trust, knowledge, and compassion that guides how we raise and train our dogs and puppies. We believe in nurturing not just physical health, but emotional well-being, and we’re committed to providing the highest level of care.
