Southern Vermont Shepherds

We are a family that loves our Shepherds. We breed German Shepherds and Mini Australian Shepherds (but not together). Purebred only. We are located in Southern Vermont in a beautiful little town called Chester. They are not AKC registered or show dogs. We breed pet quality. We simply love our dogs and want to offer that to anyone else who loves these breeds. We carefully pick our best dogs to breed with one another. They have to have the right personalities, demeanor, temperament, and overall health to guarentee beautiful, healthy and well behaved pups. All puppies are socialized starting at a young age, starting at home with our other dogs, cats, farm animals (pig and chickens), other adults and kids (babies, toddlers and older children). As they get a little older we start getting them comfortable with a leash, training and taking them out in public areas to get them feel at ease with different surroundings. We offer a one year health guarantee on all our puppies starting the date you take them home. All puppies come up to date on vaccines, have had basic rounds of deworming, a health check certificate from the vets and will come with puppy food to transition (or keep the same kibble brand) and a blanket with their litter mates smell. We welcome everyone and anyone to come meet our puppies and parent dogs, get in some playtime and spend as much time as you want here. We will meet within reasonable distance with a puppy of your choice, but we always advise everyone to come meet them first, see who picks you and vise versa. Sometimes you just need to spend some time with them to find the right one for you and your family. Some are more laid back and some are very high strong, so finding the right one that matches your needs and personalities is important to our program. We want you to feel comfortable in the choice you're making and can help figure out which pup is the best fit for your life style.
