🐶 About Our Puppies: At Zubbie & Co Kennel, our family has been raising Boston Terriers for years with love and care. Each puppy comes with first vaccinations, first deworming, and a puppy starter pack. We guide you on proper training and care to ensure your puppy grows up healthy, happy, and well-socialized. 24/7 support is available to help you every step of the way. Below, you’ll find our puppy purchase policy, designed to make the adoption process clear, simple, and welcoming for your new family member. _____________________________________________________ 📝 Deposit, Payment & Reservation Terms Zubbie & Co Kennel – Boston Terrier Puppies A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required to reserve a Boston Terrier puppy and secure the Buyer’s place in the puppy selection order. The deposit will be applied toward the total purchase price of the puppy. The remaining balance is due at the time of puppy pick-up. The deposit is non-refundable if the Buyer cancels, delays pick-up, or otherwise fails to complete the purchase. The deposit will be fully refunded if Zubbie & Co. is unable to provide a healthy Boston Terrier puppy as outlined in this agreement. _____________________________________________________ 🐾 Puppy Selection Puppy selection will be conducted in the order deposits are received, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Breeder. _____________________________________________________ 🚗 Delivery Policy Local delivery within 30 miles one way (up to 60 miles round trip) of Zubbie & Co Kennel is available for a flat fee of $100. For delivery locations beyond 30 miles one way, a delivery fee of $2.00 per mile will apply. Mileage is calculated based on the total round-trip distance from the Breeder’s location to the agreed-upon delivery address. All delivery fees must be paid in full prior to transport and are non-refundable once delivery arrangements have been scheduled. Full payment for the puppy must be received and cleared before delivery occurs. Buyers are always welcome to pick up their puppy at the Breeder’s location at no additional charge. The Breeder reserves the right to reschedule delivery due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. _____________________________________________________ ⏰ Pick-Up & Late Pick-Up Policy The Buyer agrees to pick up the puppy on the agreed-upon date. If the Buyer fails to pick up the puppy as scheduled, boarding fees of $25 per day may apply unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Extended delays may result in forfeiture of the deposit at the Breeder’s discretion. _____________________________________________________ 💳 Payment Methods Accepted forms of payment include cash or Zelle only. Personal checks, credit cards, and other payment methods are not accepted. Full payment must be received before the puppy is released to the Buyer. _____________________________________________________ 🐶 Breed-Specific Acknowledgment The Buyer acknowledges that the puppy is a Boston Terrier and understands the general characteristics of the breed, including size, temperament, energy level, and potential breed-related health considerations.
