Hello, my name is Mickey and I am a professional dog trainer specializing in creating quiet, turn-key companion dogs that become an asset to your day to day life. My background is rooted in training problematic pet dogs, training dogs for task assisted jobs like functional retrieval, scent work and even personal protection dogs (if that’s your fortè). I have two personal dogs Borcheesi and Dorheen and they are crucial in helping me raise and train well balanced puppies that end up getting sold to good homes. Properly balanced and structured socialization paired with reliable and fool proof training and handling while building these puppies foundation is crucial to ensuring a smooth transition when you purchase your new companion from me. Every puppy I have raised grows up in my home and is treated as if they were a personal dog of mine, I do not own a kenneling facility, your dog is brought up in the exact type of environment it is going to live in for the rest of its life. Each puppy purchased will come with full health verification, all of their training equipment, and a few handling sessions for the owner to understand how to use their training. The beauty of working with me is that you do not have to train the dog, that part is already done. All you have to do is apply the training which is essentially 5 basic commands. Sit, Down, Stay, Heel and Come. These commands are trained on a no questions asked basis, one command one response. I have several other non trainer people actually handle the dog multiple times before they find their new home to ensure that your dog can be soft in anyone’s hands and understands that they need to follow all commands without hesitation. This is what allows you to have an even deeper relationship with your dog and allow them more freedom than the other dogs in your neighborhood. These dogs are trained to stay where you put them indefinitely, come when called and position themselves in your left heel, walk on the left side and follow all commands on leash (refer to the demonstration video). Though simple in concept, this is what will allow your dog to have public access on to flights, restaurants, movie theatres etc because they are reliable and desensitized. Yes it is possible to have all of this under the dogs belt even at 6 months of age, you will not find many trainers like me as this is a lost art. There are no treats, games or gimmicks involved, never underestimate the intelligence of a puppy, most trainers do not give them the chance to prove themselves and end up holding their dogs back unnecessarily.
