We got this sweet girl as a gift for our 10 year old daughter because we’ve been promising her for 2 years to get a golden retriever. It turns out she couldn’t handle the responsibility of owning a puppy at this point in time. I’m going to be going back to work tomorrow and my daughter is going back to school. It will fall on my wife to take care of it, but she already has enough on her plate and her toe is broken and isn’t able to keep up with the demands of a puppy.
