Ashley McAbee

Hey, We are Ashley and Jacob owners and operators of McAbee pup's! Breeding is one of my “Ashley” most desirable passions aside from being a stay-at-home Mom to my two wonderful children. Jacob doesn’t help a lot in the nursery side of things, as he has a full time job in the field as a heavy equipment diesel tech. Although he does help a good bit when it comes to the financial side of things and buying the dogs groceries and routine care. He loves them just as much as I do. We both have a strong passion for animals. He has been along side of me for all of my years of breeding. Our dogs are bred to be excellent family companions as well great working dogs. We strive for amazing health and temperament with an overall focus on conformation, athleticism, and intelligence. Golden Retrievers are a very intelligent and unique breeds, and we are excited to educate others on care and all of their amazing qualities! Our main goal is to produce healthy family pets and with excellent health tested lines. My breeding program thrives on good customer service and life-long advice and relationships to my future puppy families. I raise all of my puppies indoors and spend a minimum of 12 hours a day with them. I make sure all of my dogs and puppies are fed and whelping areas are clean at all times. We make it easy for puppies to transition from their litter to their new homes by introducing them to a daily routine. We also start ENS and ESI at 3 days old to start.
