Our journey with Great Danes began with Bentley, my very first Dane and my service dog during a time when I struggled with stability issues. Bentley was more than a companion—he was my heart dog and an irreplaceable part of our family. Royce was our second Great Dane and he was the typical funny guy harlequin. When he passed, the loss was deeply felt, and we took time to heal before opening our hearts again. Our next chapter started with rescue. We welcomed two Great Danes into our home—one who had been abandoned in the desert, severely underweight, and another who was facing death row . Shortly after, we were blessed with a puppy we hadn’t planned for or budgeted, but whose breeder believed in us and trusted that he would have an exceptional life in our care. Around the same time, we had already committed to another puppy within our budget, resulting in two puppies close in age—a joyful and unforgettable experience. About a year later, our family was completed with our final addition: an AKC purebred Great Dane from champion lines and an exceptionally reputable breeder. Each of our dogs are cherished and treated as part of our family. They are not just pets, but beloved members of our household—very much like our children. We share our home with our daughter, who actively helps care for the pack, and my mother, whose presence and support we are incredibly grateful for. Our family resides on 36 acres of farm country in Southern California, where our Great Danes live alongside goats, pigs, and other farm animals in a spacious, enriching environment.
