Mini Daschound Puppies 15 yrs ago I was volunteering for a local Animal Shelter when I came across a male Daschound. He was 4 weeks old A Brindle, beautiful and sweet. Wasn't looking for a dog but he grew on me. So when he came up adoption I just knew I had to take him home. Knowing nothing about daschounds he was a challenge my husband is a truck driver so we took him on the truck he loved it. We also went to motorcycle rallies and he won the hearts of everyone he came in contact with. He went everywhere with me. Fast forward he went regularly to the vet and one weekend we were in Galveston Texas at the beach he was catching frisbees and just having a blast and we got home and I noticed he was drooling so I figured he had an abscessed tooth took him to my vet and was told he was in stage 4 tooth decay ( how did we go from stage one to stage 4?) Was very upset called around and found a vet hospital to do a deep cleaning only to find they pulled 16 teeth. (He never recovered from that) within 2 months we were on our way to Alabama and he got really sick found a 24hr vet 9:30pm got him on an iv and by the next morning he passed away I was devastated. I lost my best friend my heart was broken. He was 11yrs old. He had the best life a fur baby could have had. Then the pandemic hit and I was still doing rallies in Oklahoma and I was ready for another companion I still had so much love in my heart so I started looking around you know where I looked it was scams he's a bad time but I got on Facebook and found a lady out of South Carolina who had dapple puppies, I picked out a female watch to grow and when the time came I went to South Carolina to go pick her up I've had her ever since now she's been also been challenging females and males are totally different but I wouldn't change it for nothing she's 4 years old and I wanted to have at least one litter with her. She's an excellent mom and ended up with four boys we decided we're keeping one so I have three for sale and it's so hard cuz they are so darn cute..
