We purchased our first German Shorthair 15 years ago. We instantly fell in love with the breed. I joined our local Pheasants Forever chapter and started hunting Duke at the annual Youth and Veterans pheasant hunts. We have four daughters who played softball. Duke had a blast retrieving the balls during batting practice. Our bloodlines consist primarily Hege-Hause,Oddessy Fritz and Sharp Shooter. We have several Shorthair that we hunt on grouse and woodcock in Wisconcin and Michigan plus multiple release hunts in Ohio and Indiana. We have 1-2 litters per year. With a lot have happy owners across the United States.
