My husband, Greg and I are blessed to live in the country. As such, a friend gifted us a gorgeous black lab after years of coming over to duck hunt. Dan, our male, is seriously amazing. He makes friends everywhere he goes, the feed store, hardware store, etc. The vet said “he’s the best looking lab I’ve ever seen, and I’ve seen a thousand”. So when I found Maggie online and she looked just like Dan, I reached out. She had been kenneled for 4 1/2 years. When we first got her, her feet were too tender to do much. She was so naive!! But within six weeks, she began to embrace her new life as a ranch dog. All I ever see her is butt in the air and her tail wagging furiously as she hunts mice, rabbits, whatever. Neither dog has any interest in our chickens, which is nice. All this to say that we wanted to share these beautiful animals. We are not breeders, and this will be our only litter, but these ten pups are gorgeous!! Good hunting pedigrees and AKC papers waiting.
